Registration STR 2007 may be your best opportunity to join a tandem rally in the South this year as the Georgia & Tennessee Tandem Rallies are already full... Check to See Who's Already Registered General Information: Registration Limits: While the host hotel is full due to an unforeseen lack of additional rooms, the Rally itself is NOT. Therefore, there's still time to register for STR 2007 in Chattanooga.   Fees: All Inclusive STR 2007 Registration Package: The all-inclusive STR 2007 rally registration package offered for $475.00 ($500.00 for those registering after June 30th) includes lodging costs and applicable taxes for Friday and Saturday evenings at The Chattanoogan, covered parking fees, a deluxe HOT breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday, Saturday's lunch at the River Front and the banquet at The Chattanoogan, and a private hospitality room. Rally-Only Registration Package: Due to an unexpected limitation of available rooms at The Chattanoogan, we will now be offering a NEW Rally-Only registration package for $230.00 includes everything except Friday and Saturday night lodging. To register for the Rally and take advantage of the Rally-Only registration package, please make your own hotel arrangements and send in your registration form. There are several hotels located near The Chattanoogan and you are welcome to make your own reservations to suit your needs, preferences, and budget. We're also aware that several teams who live in the local area may also prefer to stay at home. Therefore, for those who will be staying off-site, a NEW Rally-Only registration package is being offered for $230 that includes daily parking at The Chattanoogan, a deluxe HOT breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday at The Chattanoogan, Saturday's lunch at the River Front and the banquet at The Chattanoogan, and the private hospitality room at The Chattanoogan along with all other STR amenities. The Staybridge Suites, located just across the street from The Chattanoogan, is also an option for those attending the rally. We have made arrangements for a block of rooms with a pre-tax rate of $119/night for 1 BR, 2 bed room.  If you would like to stay at the Staybridge Suites please call 423-267-0900 and ask for the Southern Tandem Rally rate of $119/night. You should make your reservations before the Rally registration deadline of August 23. Staybridge offers free, secure outside parking. Please note that we have also secured a block of rooms at the downtown Hampton Inn with a pre-tax rate of $79/night. The Hampton Inn is located 1 mile from The Chattanoogan. If you would like to stay at the Hampton Inn please call 423-265-0077 and ask for the STR 2007 rate of $79/night: specify 2 double or 1 king ­ Smoking or Non Smoking. This rate is available for September 19 ­ 24, which provides for pre- and post- rally accommodatoins but you must make your reservations before the Rally registration deadline of August 23. StoKids: Details regarding fees for children can be found on the downloadable registration form.   Waiting Lists:  For those looking to move to or from the All-Inclusive STR 2007 Packge... I was late to register and would like to stay at the Chattanoogan: The STR 2007 registration form includes a block where you can indicate your desire to stay at The Chattanoogan: check that block! We are maintaining a list of folks who are interested in the all-inclusive STR 2007 package and will contact teams on the waiting list to fill any vacancies at The Chattanoogan should they become available. I'm already registered for the all-inclusive but would like to switch to the Rally-Only package: If you have already registered and paid for the all-inclusive STR 2007 rally registration package but are interested in the Rally-Only package, please contact us via Email immediately and let us know that you would like to make your room available to someone on the waiting list . Pending additional demand for the all-inclusive rally package, we will coordinate the changes in rally registration options between teams and adjust registration fees accordingly. Also, once registration opens Teams may check our confirmed registration roster by clicking HERE to see who will be coming from where and what they'll be riding.   Registration Cancellations & Refunds: If you find that you need to cancel your trip to STR, please send an Email notification as soon as possible to str2007@bicycletech.com. Refunds will be available through August 23rd, less a $20 fee and any non-refundable expenses already incurred on your behalf by the Rally organizers.
