REGISTRATION - NOW CLOSED See Who's Registered General Information: Due to the size of our private room for Saturday's banquet, we must limit participation to paid registrations received from the first 50 teams or 100 individual registrants. Cost: Registration fees are $200.00 per team and include: A well-stocked hospitality suite with what has always been an endless supply of snacks and beverages Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday at the Hilton Two Rally T-Shirts (Addt'l Shirts @ $20.00/ea) Friday night dessert social Lunch on Saturday The Saturday banquet Childrens Registration: Children ages 6 - 12 are $70.00 (includes t-shirt) Children 5 and under free, but no t-shirts provided Registration Form: Open/Print or Save a copy of the "Read Only" registration form by clicking HERE Payments & Refunds: Make check payable to TTR and mail along with registration form to Tennessee Tandem Rally, P.O. Box 1106, Louisville, TN 37777. Cancellations and registration refunds less a $30.00 fee, will be accepted through April 1st, 2011.We won't be able to refund any entries after April 1st, 2011: no exceptions. So please plan accordingly. Registration Confirmation: Teams will receive confirmation of their paid registration via email. Waiting List: Teams that have submitted registration forms who could not be confirmed can upon request be placed on a Waiting List. If and when cancellations are received, teams on the waiting list will be contacted to confirm their interest in attending the rally and arrangments for payments, etc... will be made at that time.
