REGISTRATION See Who's Registered General Information: Due to the size of our private room for Saturday's banquet, we must limit participation to paid registrations received from the first 50 teams or 100 individual registrants. Cost: Registration fees are $185.00 per team and include: A well-stocked hospitality suite with snacks and beverages Two Rally T-Shirts Friday night social Lunch on Saturday The Saturday banquet Childrens Registration: Children ages 6 - 12 are $65.00 (includes t-shirt) Children 5 and under free, but no t-shirts provided Registration Form: Open/Print or Save a copy of the registration form by clicking HERE Payments & Refunds: Make check payable to Tom Spear and mail along with registration form to: Tennessee Tandem Rally 330 Franklin Road, STE 135A-164 Brentwood, TN, 367027 Cancellations and registration refunds less a $30.00 fee, will be accepted through April 15, 2010. Registration Confirmation: Teams will receive confirmation of their paid registration via email. Waiting List: Teams that have submitted registration forms who could not be confirmed can upon request be placed on a Waiting List. If and when cancellations are received, teams on the waiting list will be contacted to confirm their interest in attending the rally and arrangments for payments, etc... will be made at that time. However, it is not at all uncommon for cancellations to occur and openings that develop will be filled from the Waiting List on a first come, first served basis. Teams that have submitted registration forms who we were not able to confirm will be placed on the Waiting List in the order in which their registrations were received.
